• 1 medium green apple, core removed and chopped
  • (reserve some apple for the toppings, if desired)
  • 1⁄2 cup frozen mango 1⁄4 avocado
  • 1⁄2 cucumber
  • 1/3 cup of parsley
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1⁄2 cup coconut water
  • 1⁄2 cup ice
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger Juice of 1 lemon or lime
  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • Shredded coconut for toppings


Add the Green apple (keeping a little aside for the toppings) along with the banana, all the greens, coconut water and ice to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour into your favourite bowl, then top with the reserved apple, shredded coconut (or other toppings of choice).

Enjoy immediately!
