INGREDIENTS
- 1 medium green apple, core removed and chopped
- (reserve some apple for the toppings, if desired)
- 1⁄2 cup frozen mango 1⁄4 avocado
- 1⁄2 cucumber
- 1/3 cup of parsley
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1⁄2 cup coconut water
- 1⁄2 cup ice
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger Juice of 1 lemon or lime
- 6-8 mint leaves
- Shredded coconut for toppings
METHOD
Add the Green apple (keeping a little aside for the toppings) along with the banana, all the greens, coconut water and ice to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into your favourite bowl, then top with the reserved apple, shredded coconut (or other toppings of choice).
Enjoy immediately!
